Principles for using this website and working with VIVA.

General wording for professional review before final business approval. Refer to the written quotation, service agreement and mandatory legal rights.
Using this website
These terms explain use of the VIVA website and general project principles. A written proposal or service agreement sets the specific deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities for your work. An inquiry alone does not establish an agreement.
Packages and project scope
Services may be delivered through monthly packages or a one-time project. Channel counts, content quantities, integrations, production, maintenance and reporting are included only when stated in the accepted scope. Public examples illustrate creative direction and are not promises of results.
Proposals, payment and third-party costs
Quotes specify payment milestones and validity. Advertising budgets, platform charges, hosting, paid licenses, photography and model fees must be clearly agreed. We do not incur optional paid services on a client’s behalf without agreement.
Client responsibilities and permissions
Please provide accurate information, timely feedback and lawful access to the required accounts and materials. You confirm that you have rights to supplied logos, photos, music, product claims and personal images. Credentials should be exchanged through an agreed secure method, not this inquiry form.
Reviews, revisions and timelines
The proposal defines revision rounds and approval milestones. Consolidated feedback helps keep work on schedule. New directions, extra deliverables, delayed approvals or missing assets may require a revised fee or schedule, agreed before additional work.
Cancellation and refunds
Once agreed work has started, fees are generally non-refundable, subject to the service agreement and any mandatory legal rights. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. If an exceptional refund is approved, consumed ad spend, committed non-recoverable third-party costs and the value of work already performed are deducted; we provide a clear breakdown. Unused sums are handled according to the agreement and applicable law.
Results and external platforms
We aim to improve brand quality, audience relevance and sales opportunities, but cannot guarantee revenue, reach, rankings or platform approval. Platform outages, policy changes and third-party decisions are outside our control; we communicate material issues and reasonable next steps.
Ownership and licensed materials
Final usage rights, editable source files and transfer conditions are set out in the agreement, normally after agreed payment. Fonts, stock assets, software and third-party tools remain subject to their licenses. Portfolio use of client work requires the permissions agreed with the client.
AI and specialist partners
AI-assisted work is subject to human review and the agreed use. Photography, models and specialist partners, including ERP work with ThinkOn, may have their own schedules, permissions and commercial terms disclosed in the proposal.
Concerns and applicable rights
Raise concerns promptly at [email protected] so we can seek a fair resolution. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. The service agreement identifies applicable law and dispute arrangements; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
